Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with building systems including HVAC, boilers, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical
- Familiarity with landscaping and lawn care equipment
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Basic PC skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong reliability and communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols when working with cleaning agents or chemicals

Job Duties
- Support general building maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and minor interior repairs
- Assist with facility modifications such as workstation moves and furniture adjustments
- Maintain landscaping and outdoor grounds including mowing, trimming, and sprinkler upkeep
- Monitor and replenish maintenance supply inventory
- Manage small facility projects from design to implementation as assigned
- Assist Building Services Porter with maintenance of public spaces, entrances, common areas, restrooms, stairwells, offices, cubicles, and conference rooms
- Participate in ongoing professional development and learning opportunities
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
