Job Requirements
- minimum three years all-around residential maintenance experience
- successful completion of CCA Tech I Skill Requirements Evaluation
- basic plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and painting skills
- experience working with work order systems
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong guest service mindset
- ability to meet deadlines
- valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- minimum three years residential maintenance experience
- hospitality industry experience preferred
- basic plumbing skills
- basic HVAC knowledge
- basic electrical skills
- painting skills
- strong carpentry skills a plus
- experience with work order systems
- familiarity with WorxHub an advantage
- basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent interpersonal skills
- strong guest service orientation
- results oriented
- valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- perform repairs and maintenance tasks on facilities, structures, and grounds
- conduct basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
- carry out HVAC servicing and troubleshooting
- perform electrical repairs and upkeep
- execute painting and carpentry work
- utilize work order system for task management
- communicate effectively with team and guests
