Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to work as part of a team and independently, in a high stress and fast paced environment
Must be a highly motivated and organized
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, sit, bend, and stand for extended periods
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to work in all weather conditions
Must be able to read, write and speak English
Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Facility custodial experience (1+ years) is highly desirable

Job Duties

Perform daily detailed cleaning of all ACI Jet facilities
Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning duties
Observe appearances and conditions of facilities and report needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring service to Facilities/GSE Lead
Use company vehicle to retrieve supplies and materials necessary for completion of duties
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
Ensure all ACI Jet maintenance requests are responded to in a timely and professional manner
Ensure the safety and quality of all assigned duties and responsibilities by actively and positively participating in ACI Jet’s SQMS program
