Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work as part of a team and independently, in a high stress and fast paced environment
- Must be highly motivated and organized
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, sit, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong motivation and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate in English
- Facility custodial experience (1+ years) is highly desirable
Job Duties
- Perform daily detailed cleaning of all ACI Jet facilities
- Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning duties
- Observe appearances and conditions of facilities and report needed repairs, safety hazards, or conditions requiring service to Facilities/GSE Lead
- Use company vehicle to retrieve supplies and materials necessary for completion of duties
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Ensure all ACI Jet maintenance requests are responded to in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the safety and quality of all assigned duties and responsibilities by actively participating in ACI Jet’s SQMS program
