Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions accurately
- Good interpersonal skills and reading comprehension
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to use various power and hand tools efficiently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative
- Ability to follow defined processes and procedures and suggest improvements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices
- Ability to operate power and hand tools efficiently
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with initiative
- Experience in cleaning and maintenance roles preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility, office, warehouse, breakrooms, bathrooms, conference rooms, and training room
- Assist with event setup and teardown
- Deliver and stock food and supplies in refrigerators and cabinets
- Disinfect common areas such as desks, door handles, and phones
- Clean and care for facility and grounds ensuring safety and health
- Clean restrooms and replenish supplies
- Collect, remove, and dispose of trash and recyclables
- Operate cardboard baling equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Operate power cleaning equipment including riding and walk-behind floor machines
- Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking lot as needed
- Report maintenance issues or unsafe conditions to Facilities Manager
- Represent Schluter Systems professionally and positively
