Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required
- background in maintenance preferred
- ability to use hand tools preferred
- reliable transportation to and from work during late night and early morning hours
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds, move and set up furniture, bend over and remain standing for long periods of time
- ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance
- ability to make independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- strong team player with ability to collaborate and establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners
- ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in English

Job Duties
- Represent Live Nation and Leader Bank Pavilion to all venue visitors, including our business partners and artists, in a professional way
- adapt to the varying needs of our diverse artists and audiences
- set up venue furniture and signage for concerts and private events
- assist with ongoing maintenance needs, including repairing chairs, painting, and other maintenance projects as assigned by the Facilities Manager
- keep work areas neat and orderly
- assist with maintaining venue gardens, including watering plants and completing light landscaping
- use a variety of hand and power tools to help perform duties as needed
- comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
- provide guest service by greeting and assisting guests and responding to guest inquiries and complaints
- maintain working knowledge of guest services programs and service recovery practices
- maintain a fun, friendly and safe environment throughout the venue, uphold venue policies and escalate concerns to management as needed
- work closely with other departments to keep facility running smoothly and safely
- perform all other duties as assigned or needed
