Job Requirements

  • must have a high school diploma or GED
  • minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
  • must have a valid California driver's license
  • ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
  • ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs
  • valid California driver's license
  • ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
  • aerospace industry facilities experience (preferred)
  • experience with facilities management systems such as Archibus, SAP, AutoCAD (preferred)
  • experience with shipping/receiving (preferred)

Job Duties

  • serve as a point of contact for facility-related requests and service needs
  • coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, repair, and special projects
  • monitor work orders and ensure timely completion
  • support space planning, offices move, and workstations setups
  • ensure compliance with facility safety standards, security requirements, and workplace regulations
  • perform light maintenance, including changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and basic equipment upkeep
  • assist with furniture moves, event setups, and workplace reconfiguration
