Job Requirements
- Completed high school diploma or GED
- experience in package handling preferred
- ability to move or lift up to 70 lbs
- valid driver's license with a good driving record
- DOT certification or ability to obtain within the first week of hire

- proficient in using PCs or laptops for inventory tracking and report generation
- basic knowledge of applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- ability to manage and optimize interpersonal relationships within the workplace
- skilled at completing assignments efficiently and meeting deadlines
- effective communication skills for conveying simple ideas and information clearly
Job Duties
- Distributes packages and materials to different company departments
- follows a systematic route to deliver packages across the company and between buildings
- collects outgoing mail from all departments
- keeps track of interoffice mail and delivers it in a timely manner
- restocks office and kitchen supplies company-wide
- maintains inventory levels of supplies throughout all departments
- responsible for weekly and bi-weekly inventory reports
- places orders with Facilities to maintain inventory levels
- assists Facilities and other departments with projects as needed
- maintains company vehicle logs and performs maintenance checks
- reports any vehicle issues or concerns to Facilities
- obtains certifications as required by the role
