Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year facilities or event management experience
  • proficiency in basic maintenance and repair
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • familiarity with safety protocols and equipment operation
  • ability to work evening and weekend events
  • physical ability to perform maintenance tasks
  • willingness to undergo criminal history background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of facilities or event management experience
  • proficiency in basic maintenance and repair tasks
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • familiarity with safety protocols and equipment operation
  • experience in collegiate athletic event operations preferred
  • facilities management experience in college/university setting preferred
  • general knowledge of facilities software FMX preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist with managing facility operations in relation to athletic and special events
  • help prepare and set up facilities for events
  • address logistical needs during athletic functions
  • maintain operational standards to ensure safety and efficiency
  • serve as event support resource for athletic functions
  • collaborate on capital planning, groundskeeping, and facility projects
  • work some evening and weekend events
