Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 2 years experience leading a team
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Verification of employment eligibility required at time of hire
- Visa sponsorship not available
- Subject to ITAR regulations which require U.S. person status
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing maintenance activities in manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 2 years experience leading a team
- Technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or construction engineering or related experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management software preferred
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred
Job Duties
- Plan, schedule, and direct maintenance and facility projects
- Prepare capital appropriation requests and monitor project costs
- Manage fixed asset accounting and disposal of excess equipment
- Oversee activities of outside contractors and prepare technical requests for proposals
- Manage preventive maintenance software and activities
- Prepare facility designs for major projects and coordinate external professional services
- Coordinate safety and environmental compliance and interface with regulatory agencies
- Oversee fire protection and physical security systems
- Manage contracts for janitorial, pest control, and fire extinguisher inspection services
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace
