Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a food server assistant or similar position in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required

Job Duties
- work with servers to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner
- ensure impeccable cleanliness of the restaurant and adhere to food safety standards
- clear tables and reset them according to standards immediately after guests have departed
- set up the front of the house and back of the house for service (expo line and dish area)
- assist servers during meal periods, pour water, clear dishes, reset tables, run food, and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant
- provide excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
