Job Requirements
- 1-5+ years of experience in assembly and testing
- Experience interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Prior experience with complex builds
- Prior experience with bonding and potting
- Experience using hand, power and shop tools
Job Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in structural aerospace manufacturing for level 1
- 2-5 years of manufacturing experience with proficiency for level 2
- 5+ years of aerospace manufacturing with advanced mechanical and electrical aptitude for level 3
- Experience interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Prior experience with complex builds
- Prior experience with bonding and potting
- Experience using hand, power and shop tools
Job Duties
- Build and assemble aircraft interior panels and components
- Use precision to cut and fit components to meet design requirements
- Fit and install latches, hinges, brackets and other hardware
- Work with adhesives, resins, honeycomb core, fiberglass and aluminum
- Use shop tools such routers, table saws, band saws and drill presses to perform job duties
- Inspect work and perform rework as necessary
