- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- able to perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds assisted
- fluent in English with strong reading and writing operational proficiency
- US person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site requirements

- experience in aerospace manufacturing environment preferred
Job Duties

- hold themselves and team members accountable to embody culture principles
- undertake tasks in compliance with standard work and training and report any safety or quality problems to team leader
- exemplify safety-first mindset and follow health, safety and environmental policies
- understand key performance indicators and contribute to them
- become certified at lean foundation level and implement at least one kaizen per month
- support team and team leader in problem solving and contribute ideas
- be an active team member promoting collective engagement
- comply with legal and regulatory requirements including equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, compliance and ethics policy on contracting with US government, and export control regulations
- record and maintain accurate production records
- work wearing a respirator
- handle chemicals and resins in manufacturing
- use measuring tools such as micrometer, scale and calipers
- comprehend and follow verbal and written manufacturing instructions
- work in a team environment
