Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in fabrication or drilling preferred
- ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- physical ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- capability to stand for long durations
- reliable transportation for work commute
- ability to follow safety protocols and operate drill and punch machinery
- strong attention to detail
- good hand-eye coordination
- willingness to work in an industrial manufacturing environment

Job Duties
- Select piece from lot and read specifications for size of holes to be drilled
- select appropriate drill bit and insert in drill press
- drill required holes including pilot and final sizes
- use hole saw for larger holes
- deburr holes with countersink bit
- tap holes requiring threads using appropriate taps
- occasionally operate punch press for holes of the same size
