Job Requirements
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder with at least 3 years of U.S. residency
- Willingness to work onsite in Washington, D.C. or Egg Harbor, NJ, or adapt to hybrid/remote arrangements as applicable
- Ability to support federal contract contingencies
- Strong technical and program management abilities
- Commitment to FAA aviation modernization mission
- Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
- Availability for invite-only technical talent events
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant engineering, aviation, or technical disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in aviation operations, systems engineering, program management, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of FAA systems and National Airspace System operations
- Experience with program management and technical project leadership
- Proficiency in systems integration and technology implementation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card with 3+ years U.S. residency
Job Duties
- Support operations across multiple PMO directorates
- Enhance aviation safety through technology implementation
- Provide technical assistance for FAA air traffic programs
- Enable integration of new technologies into the National Airspace System
- Support NAS modernization and transition efforts
- Advance engineering and program management disciplines
- Engage in collaborative research and development activities
