Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, or management disciplines
  • minimum of 10 years experience in fleet management/readiness support or advanced degree with 7+ years experience
  • at least 5 years of managerial, supervisory, and leadership experience
  • ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
  • active security clearance preferred
  • U.S. citizenship

Job Qualifications

  • at least 5 years of managerial, supervisory, and leadership experience
  • ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship
  • excellent presentation and project management skills
  • experience in fast-paced, high pressure customer-facing roles
  • proven leadership in a matrixed environment
  • prior experience with military at O-5/O-6 (GS-14/15) levels preferred
  • self-starting and motivated to manage projects through completion

Job Duties

  • deliver real-time fleet management recommendations and performance outcomes in various forums
  • engage with operations center personnel on critical propulsion issues
  • coordinate and collaborate with JPO FR&S fleet management cell
  • drive customer input at industry customer support integrated product team and integrated sustainment management team forums
  • recommend solutions to ongoing and emerging issues
  • collaborate with in-service/customer service engineering on fleet management plans
  • team with supply chain, maintenance, and operations to align strategy and customer focus
  • consolidate input and attend weekly performance meetings to provide insight on propulsion readiness
  • provide input on engine and module product support, modification efforts, and configuration management
  • monitor non-mission-capable aircraft impacted by propulsion and align industry-government teams
  • lead F135 asset management activities including depot and deployed material distribution
  • manage repairable asset pipeline, supply asset forecasting, and global inventory optimization
  • integrate aftermarket services including maintenance, repair, overhaul, upgrades, supply, and logistics
  • manage engine and module availability for afloat and deployed spares packages
  • support global operations center activities for daily issue management and fleet readiness
  • handle control account management for asset management labor
