Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics or management disciplines
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in fleet management/readiness support or advanced degree and 5+ years of experience in fleet management/readiness support
  • 5+ years working in F135/F-35 program
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to work onsite in Fort Worth, Texas
  • Willingness to commute to the assigned site
  • Ability to attend in-person interview steps if required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics or management disciplines
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in fleet management/readiness support or advanced degree and 5+ years of experience in fleet management/readiness support
  • 5+ years working in F135/F-35 program required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required

Job Duties

  • Be the propulsion technical expert in the Fort Worth structure of the Global Operations Center
  • Be the primary conduit between internal and external customers including Sustaining Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Asset Management, Field Support Services, and other functional areas
  • Work with the F135 Lightning Sustainment Center through daily status meetings and communicate to Pratt & Whitney customers in the USG, Lockheed Martin and Rolls-Royce
  • Close out fleet action requests and supply and logistics inquiries
  • Support customers to ensure Action Request closure within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Assist the Fort Worth Supervisor with Action Request Metrics Analysis to drive decision making
  • Support and drive process improvement and execution across functional departments utilizing the RTX CORE Operating System
