Job Requirements
- Wear Angry Chickz uniform as well as non-slip shoes required by safety department
- Able to speak clearly and comprehend directions in English
- Able to read English
- Ability to read/speak Spanish is extremely helpful but not mandatory
- Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Repetitive hand use

- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Ability to handle money accurately and responsibly
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends
- Prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers and provide them with menu details or any promotional information
- Accurately take orders, ensuring special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen team
- Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring all cash is accounted for and registers balance at the end of your shift
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area
- Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience
- Bag and wrap to-go orders
- Performs other related duties as assigned
