Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year experience supervising at least three associates
  • ability to pass company security clearance
  • ability to push or pull 60 pounds and lift or carry 50 pounds
  • ability to stand for eight hours, bend, stretch and reach
  • ability to see and hear
  • ability to speak and read English
  • professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness
  • flexible availability including 24/7, weekends and holidays
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one year experience supervising at least three associates
  • experience with chain food and retail outlets preferred
  • knowledge of standards of operation required by the company and brand
  • supervisory skills including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, documenting and motivating
  • knowledge of dining room setup and menu preparation and service
  • ability to operate property management systems for posting charges, computing bills, collecting payments and making change
  • strong communication and guest service skills
  • professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness

Job Duties

  • maintain a professional cohesive team by hiring, training, coaching, counseling and developing the most qualified individuals
  • promote positive morale and aggressively friendly attitudes
  • complete administrative duties in a timely manner including schedules, payroll, inventories, orders, and production controls
  • work within budgeted guidelines for maximum revenues and labor models
  • maintain safety and security practices and have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures
  • ensure guests are provided with the highest quality product and service
  • implement all company rules, policies and procedures including those in the Associate Handbook
  • maintain certification from a brand-approved responsible vendor training program
  • perform other duties as assigned
