Job Requirements

  • Must pass appropriate security clearance per company policy
  • Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds and lift and/or carry 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for eight hours and perform bending, stretching and reaching
  • Must be able to see and hear
  • Must be able to speak and read English
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and availability 24/7 as necessary
  • Must display professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness at all times

Job Qualifications

  • One year experience supervising at least three associates
  • Experience with chain food and retail outlet preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of standards of operation as required by the company and the brand
  • Supervisory skills including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, documenting, motivating
  • Knowledge of dining room setup for varied accommodations and menu items preparation and service
  • Familiarity with area shopping, dining entertainment, and travel directions
  • Ability to operate property management systems
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness

Job Duties

  • Maintain a professional cohesive team by hiring, training, coaching, counseling and developing the most qualified individuals
  • Promote positive morale and aggressively friendly attitudes
  • Complete administrative duties in a timely manner including schedules, payroll, inventories, orders, production controls
  • Work within budgeted guidelines for maximum revenues and within labor models
  • Maintain safety and security practices, have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures
  • Ensure guests are provided with the highest quality product and service
  • Implement all rules, policies and procedures established by the company including those in the Associate Handbook
