Job Requirements
- Ability to walk and/or sit one hundred (100%) percent of shift
- Requires bending and/or reaching from floor level to approximately six (6) feet in height
- Ability to lift and carry supplies up to fifty (50) pounds
- Ability to push and pull one hundred (100) pounds
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to distinguish letters, figures and symbols
- Work accurately with intermediate math
- Requires basic office skills (calculator, telephone and computer)
- Ability to see and hear
- Ability to communicate directly, telephonically and electronically with guests, management and staff in English
- Understands and complies with policies and procedures, job description, and other instructions
- Work is performed in an office environment as well as in all food and beverage outlets on property
- Must be tolerant of varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, food smells, and air quality
- Ability to read, write and speak in English
- Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Possess effective listening skills
- Ability to perform intermediate math
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Possess working knowledge and skills of position under supervision
- Skill in developing and maintaining guest relations
- Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with Illinois Gaming Board (IGB), management, staff and co-workers

Job Qualifications
- Prior managerial experience with Food and Beverage industry preferred
- Prior experience with Restaurant job positions
Job Duties
- Understand and adhere to all Grand Victoria Casino and Food and Beverage Department standards, policies and procedures
- Obtain a basic understanding of the Internal Control System (ICS) and Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS)
- Ability to comply with and maintain Grand Victoria Casino’s Family Style Service Standards
- Ensure maximum guest satisfaction is consistently being maintained
- Assist in hiring of staff as needed
- Administer disciplinary action to staff as needed
- Develop work schedule(s) for all food and beverage outlets
- Expedite and resolve all guest complaints
- Obtain and exercise a working knowledge of all fountain equipment
- Perform all other tasks that may be assigned in the future
