Job Duties

  • Redefine hospitality by supporting and promoting company values
  • Direct planning, design, coordination, and organizational phases of food and beverage projects
  • Communicate effectively with department heads in food services, beverage, and supporting departments
  • Ensure food quality, food safety measures, and standard operating procedures are executed while maintaining budgets
  • Train and develop food and beverage managers to adopt new systems and standard operating procedures
  • Identify opportunities to reduce waste, manage labor, and implement cost savings initiatives
