Job Requirements
- Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must have an active secret clearance with investigation completed within last 6 years
- Must be able to attain and maintain F-35 SAP access
- Must be a US citizen
- Must maintain DoD 8570 Level IAT-II certification
- Must have CompTIA Security Plus certification
- Must be willing to support flexible work hours
- Must be willing to participate in deployed operations as needed
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- CompTIA Security Plus certification
- Proven verbal communication skills
- Experience with instructional products and pilot training evaluation
- Basic Microsoft Office suite skills
- Knowledge of F-35 systems and Full Mission Simulator experience preferred
- Technical report writing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics preferred
- Fault isolation and subsystem-level problem analysis preferred
- Airframe and Power Plant license preferred
- Military fighter aircraft experience preferred
- Knowledge of CATIA and System/Software Engineering Environment (S/SEE) preferred
- Previous Field Service Engineer or Representative experience preferred
- Vehicle systems or avionics experience with F-22 or F-35 preferred
Job Duties
- Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to F-35 training devices
- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues with training devices
- Determine technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications
- Recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solutions
- Assess product needs based on customer specifications
- Conduct technical training and product briefings with customers, vendors and company representatives
- Ready training devices for customer use and assist with mission-specific preparations
- Act as local on-site representative to the customer's organization
- Maintain DoD 8570 Level IAT-II certification
