Job Duties
- Instruct pilots in flight procedures and techniques in ground school courses and flight training
- Prepare lesson plans
- Act as a subject matter expert by applying advanced technical concepts in aviation
- Assist in the creation of training material
- Help prepare schedules and maintain training records
- Ensure course standards, training requirements, and objectives are met by each student
- Evaluate and monitor student performance
