  • Strong knowledge of flight procedures and aviation principles

Job Duties

  • Instruct pilots in flight procedures and techniques in ground school courses and flight training
  • Prepare lesson plans

  • Assist in the creation of training material
  • Help prepare schedules and maintain training records
  • Ensure course standards, training requirements, and objectives are met by each student
  • Evaluate and monitor student performance
