Job Duties
- Instruct pilots in flight procedures and techniques in ground school courses and flight training
- prepare lesson plans
- act as a subject matter expert by applying advanced technical concepts in aviation and assist in creation of training material
- assist in preparation of schedules
- maintain training records
- ensure course standards, training requirements, and objectives are met by each student
- evaluate and monitor student performance
