Job Requirements
- Appropriate degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience
- Prior experience as a military pilot or instructor
- Experience in flight procedures and ground school instruction
- Knowledge of F-35 tactics, techniques and procedures preferred
- Ability to work onsite full-time at Łask Tactical Air Base
- U.S. citizenship required
- Must maintain Secret level security clearance and SAP access
- Must have experience in a multi-functional, diverse team environment
Job Qualifications
- Active secret clearance with final adjudication within the last five years and ability to qualify and hold SAP clearance
- Fighter flight time in fourth and/or fifth generation aircraft
- In-depth knowledge of military publications and fourth and/or fifth generation aircraft training operations
- Experience delivering military pilot academics and simulator training
- Experience interacting with multiple functional areas and diverse personnel
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership traits
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
- Solid organizational skills
- Experience evaluating personnel performance and completing performance appraisals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Job Duties
- Provide academic training through electronic mediated lecture and interactive courseware
- Implement and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs, and policies as directed
- Comply with site security and access control procedures
- Instruct pilots in flight procedures and techniques in ground school courses and flight training, and prepare lesson plans
- Assist in the preparation of schedules and maintenance of training records
- Ensure course standards, training requirements, and objectives are met by each student
- Evaluate and monitor students' performance
