Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in extrusion or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to operate extrusion machinery
- Capability to perform machine setups and maintenance
- Physical ability to handle production tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness in the work area
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and guidelines
Job Qualifications

- Ability to read and interpret shop orders and material specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity

Job Duties
- Break down, clean, set up and start extruders
- Identify the correct material in accordance with the shop order and produce quality part
- Develop speed and accuracy in machine tear down and set up
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
