- Eligible to legally work 20 hours per week in the United States
- Ineligible for Federal Work-Study
- Have experience with UA Little Rock technology and accounts such as Qless, Workday, email, Blackboard, and Go2Orientation

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for students and guests of the ASK Desk in the Student Services Center, providing a welcoming and positive environment
- Provide outstanding customer support to students and guests
- Answer student inquiries accurately in a professional manner, utilizing UA Little Rock website and other resources to reduce misinformation
- Assist students with accessing campus accounts and setting up passwords
- Assist with the UA Little Rock New Student Instagram and TikTok accounts
- Occasionally assist with answering the main university phone line
- Perform other duties as assigned
