Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Computer experience preferably in Max Galaxy, Word, Excel, and Publisher
  • Able to lift 30 pounds
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification required or willing to obtain
  • Employment contingent upon successfully passing State/Federal pre-employment background checks

Job Duties

  • Offer on-site help with event set-up and take-down
  • Distribute information and materials at events
  • Support event activities
  • Purchase event supplies
  • Create or update event materials
  • Assist with event planning including securing facilities and contacts with performers
  • Assist with recruiting volunteers
  • Assist with creating or updating event signage, banners, and directional signs
