Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
- must have one year of food and beverage experience
- must have the ability to work well with guests and co-workers
- must have good communication skills
- additional education or related experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of this position
- must be able to stand for longer than eight hours
- must have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- must have the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
- must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
- must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
- must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen
- must obtain a Class IIIB license as required by regulatory authorities
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- at least one year of food and beverage experience
- good communication skills
- ability to work well with guests and co-workers
- bartending school preferred
- additional education or related experience may substitute for minimum requirements
Job Duties
- Provide superior guest service while interacting with guests on the casino floor
- provide relief assistance to bar staff when needed
- stock beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice, and dry goods
- assist with keeping the bar area clean and presentable at all times
- perform additional job duties as assigned by the department manager
