Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • must have one year of food and beverage experience
  • must have the ability to work well with guests and co-workers
  • must have good communication skills
  • additional education or related experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of this position
  • must be able to stand for longer than eight hours
  • must have the ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • must have the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
  • must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
  • must be able to work all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard, and holidays
  • must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen
  • must obtain a Class IIIB license as required by regulatory authorities

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • at least one year of food and beverage experience
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work well with guests and co-workers
  • bartending school preferred
  • additional education or related experience may substitute for minimum requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide superior guest service while interacting with guests on the casino floor
  • provide relief assistance to bar staff when needed
  • stock beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice, and dry goods
  • assist with keeping the bar area clean and presentable at all times
  • perform additional job duties as assigned by the department manager
