Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mixologist certification required
- One to two years experience in a public contact position preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel
- Ability to enter and locate work related information using computers and/or point of sale systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and various physical activities including bending, twisting and stooping
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare beverages for guests in a timely manner and up to standards of the Director of Food and Beverage
- Ensure consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality
- Exercise good judgments in determining potentially intoxicated guests
- Maintain good coordination while preparing and serving orders quickly
- Interact with guests and patrons
- Ensure all working areas are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition at all times
- Understand the operational set up and principle of the restaurant or lounge
- Maintain knowledge of all menus within the hotel
- Maintain stock and supplies of the banquet bar
