Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant administrative or external relations experience
- Experience managing social media content and engagement
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Collaborative work approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Canva graphic design software
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
- Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience managing social media platforms with content creation and engagement tracking
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Canva
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Maintain donor, prospect, and constituent records in Raiser’s Edge ensuring compliance with data standards
- Develop, run, and distribute queries and reports from Raiser’s Edge to support fundraising initiatives
- Provide training and troubleshooting support for staff using Raiser’s Edge
- Coordinate and manage departmental and organizational mailings
- Support fund development activities by coordinating logistics and collaborating with program leaders
- Assist with implementing a multi-year donor communication plan
- Prepare expense reports for senior directors and VP
- Plan and coordinate agenda for ER quarterly meetings
- Facilitate volunteer background checks and manage CRM with Affiliate Chaplin
- Staff ER Committee and take minutes
- Manage event logistics including catering, invitations and registration
- Provide front desk coverage and assist executive coordinator on rotation
- Coordinate travel arrangements for ER leaders
- Manage calendars for ER team scheduling
- Oversee onboarding for new ER staff
- Process and submit invoices through DocLink
- Create social media graphics and posts including videos and schedules
- Collaborate with Associate Director of Communications to boost social media engagement
