Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Must be able to work legally in the United States
- Able to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Must pass background and drug screenings
- Required to meet immunization or health screening requirements
- Required to have a valid driver's license with no restrictions and present most recent driving record
- Must be able to drive a stick shift (manual and automatic)
- Willingness to work in elements such as heat, wind, snow, rain
- Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, talk, see, and hear
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to push and pull (on wheelchair) 100 to 350 pounds frequently over considerable distance
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for customer service and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Greet every internal and external guest immediately upon first encounter
- Escort guests into the facility by opening doors, offering wheelchair assistance, guidance, and carrying packages and luggage
- Maintain cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of assigned area
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly with courtesy
- Build relationships by engaging guests and clients through authentic, personable conversations
- Maintain current knowledge of facility procedures, event information, taxi/transportation assistance, and airport information
- Maintain a safe, clean, and neat work environment by following standards and procedures
