- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in event management preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedule

Job Duties
- Serve as on-site event communications staff member for external events hosted in Athletics facilities
- Coordinate pre-event planning meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and distribute event run-of-show documents
- Ensure facility branding standards are upheld during external events
- Coordinate promotional support if required
- Capture event metrics for reporting and future sales efforts
