Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- Walking frequently in and around the facility throughout the shift
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
- Ability to carry out detailed or written instructions
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals, generally in English
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Background check and drug test required
- Required to use KBSPresence mobile timekeeping app on personal devices with cell phone reimbursement
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and chemical handling
- Familiarity with mobile timekeeping software such as KBSPresence preferred
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services while prioritizing work based on customer daily needs
- Interact with customers daily and maintain excellent customer relations
- Execute customer requests and complete janitorial duties
- Demonstrate broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills
- Lead and provide solutions to various problems
- Perform other responsibilities as directed by manager
