Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum 1 year experience in hotel or related field
availability to work overnight shifts typically from 11 PM to 7 AM
proficiency in computer applications including Windows and Microsoft Office
strong attention to detail and accuracy
effective communication skills
ability to conduct security rounds
independent work capability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
at least 1 year experience in a hotel or related field
proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
strong problem-solving and communication skills
ability to work independently during overnight hours
previous supervisory experience is a plus
college coursework beneficial

Job Duties

Welcome guests during the overnight shift, assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries
prepare and finalize night audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing
conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety
prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights
work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service
utilize proficiency in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
apply strong problem-solving skills and independence
