Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hotel sales experience or a 4-year college degree plus 2 years related experience or a 2-year degree plus 4 years hotel sales experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Valid state driver’s license
- Clear communicator and quick decision-maker
- Handles pressure stays objective and solves problems effectively
- Adapts to complex information resolves concerns and understands financial basics

Job Duties
- Greet every guest and team member with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Maintain a consistent schedule in line with company standards and attend all required shifts and meetings
- Adhere to grooming and dress code standards maintaining a sharp and brand-compliant appearance
- Ensure operations follow safety rules and regulations providing a secure environment for guests
- Participate in and energize all-employee meetings and staff huddles delivering effective training
- Coach and mentor the sales team to foster a winning sales culture and improve portfolio performance
- Collaborate with property teams to align strategies and drive revenue growth
