Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- must have a valid driver’s license
- compliance with certification requirements which may include food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid

Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries with professionalism
- oversee daily front desk operations including tracking logs, handling messages and packages
- monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to boost revenue
- lead, train, and support front desk associates to build a strong, communicative team
- address guest concerns and resolve workplace issues efficiently
- ensure safety and hospitality standards are maintained at all times
