  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • must have a valid driver’s license
  • compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • handle reservations, VIP requests, and ensure every guest feels valued
  • maintain daily operational logs and manage messages and packages efficiently
  • monitor and assist with room rates, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue
  • lead, train, and build a communicative front desk team
  • address and resolve guest concerns and workplace issues promptly
  • uphold safety standards and hotel policies consistently
