Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive hotel or related field experience required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospitality operations and front desk procedures
- Valid driver’s license
- Compliance with Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications beneficial
Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- Manage reservations, VIP requests, and ensure exceptional guest service
- Track logs, manage messages and packages, and oversee front desk operations
- Monitor and manage room rates, packages, and promotions to boost revenue
- Build and lead a strong, communicative front desk team
- Train new front desk associates and provide ongoing mentorship
- Address guest concerns and workplace issues promptly and effectively
- Ensure safety standards and compliance are maintained at all times
