Job Requirements

  • At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, or a 4-year college degree with 4 to 5 years of related experience, or a 2-year college degree with 5 to 6 years of related experience
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state

  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to use hotel management systems and reporting tools effectively

Job Duties

  • Boost revenue, cut costs, and keep finances in tip-top shape
  • Dream up sales plans, champion the budget, and connect with big accounts to keep bookings booming
  • Rock reports and tech tools to streamline operations and make smart decisions
  • Wow guests by solving issues with a smile and ensuring five-star experiences
  • Inspire, support, and lead the team by coaching and building a winning vibe
  • Build relationships with owners and community leaders to serve as the hotel ambassador
