Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or restaurant industry preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee flow of drive lane to ensure prompt and courteous service
- take ownership of the customer's experience by performing additional assignments that enhance dealership impression
- provide concierge support for all owner inquiries via phone or in person
- ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
- distribute work efficiently among technicians
- manage scheduling and communication between customers and technicians
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor representing the dealership
