Job Requirements

- own a modern iphone or android smartphone to operate the Uber app
- if using a car: must have a reliable 2-door or 4-door vehicle
- if using a scooter: must have a motorized scooter (under 50cc)
- if using a bike: must provide a government-issued id
Job Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with current, active insurance coverage is essential
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work within the United States
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions and providing accurate change
- Comfortable utilizing GPS and adhering to specific delivery instructions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capable of lifting and carrying insulated delivery bags, up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrated dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Gain valuable experience in customer service, logistics, and time management
Job Duties
- Your primary role will involve expertly navigating local streets to ensure the prompt and safe arrival of food orders, all while accurately managing transactions
- Efficiently and safely transport Papa John's products to customer residences and businesses
- Confirm order accuracy and process payments (cash or credit/debit) at the point of delivery
- Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction, representing the brand positively
- Ensure your delivery vehicle remains clean and organized
- Assist with various in-store tasks during non-delivery times, such as preparing boxes, taking phone orders, or general cleaning
- Strictly adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols
- Maintain clear and effective communication with fellow restaurant staff and management
- Strategically manage delivery routes to maximize efficiency and ensure prompt service
- Actively contribute to a positive team atmosphere and uphold Papa John's high standards
- Professionally address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues as they arise
