Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in freight forwarding or time critical cargo
- Ability to work flexible hours including 24/7 shift coverage
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in English
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to travel when required
- Work authorization for United States

- Familiarity with logistics and air freight industry standards
Job Duties
- Evaluate customer needs and logistics courier requirements to formulate effective plans
- Handle, monitor, and follow-up on incoming customer requests for OBC and NFO shipments in a 24/7 shift cover
- Maximize business opportunities by offering tailored solutions within operational restrictions
- Build strong productive relationships with clients to achieve business objectives
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in job duties
- Work with management to develop and implement company policies
- Prepare time-critical routing options with detailed and accurate client information
- Allocate couriers and book travel arrangements
- Communicate clear instructions to couriers and modify assignments as needed
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure service quality
- Source, select, and negotiate with external suppliers and service providers
- Manage debtor and creditor invoicing and order settlement
- Maintain up-to-date communication with OBC/NFO coordinators
