Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience, knowledge of export shipping documentation, understanding of USDA and FDA regulations, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of customer service, logistics, or export documentation experience in agriculture or food industry preferred, general knowledge of export regulations and international shipment terms, strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, general QuickBooks experience is a plus, two-year degree or equivalent work experience in a related field, desire for professional growth and advancement
Job Duties
- prepare, review, and process all export shipping documentation, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers, process a high volume of export orders and invoicing, communicate shipment details with customers and internal teams, track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery, handle customer inquiries and resolve export compliance issues
