Job Duties
- Manage full-cycle air and ocean export shipments including LCL and FCL
- Prepare and process export documentation complying with international regulations
- Coordinate with carriers, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Accurately quote export rates and handle booking arrangements
- Monitor shipments proactively to ensure timely departures and arrivals
- Maintain high accuracy and organization across multiple active files
- Deliver excellent service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
