Job Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
- High school education or equivalent
- Experience in imports recovery and domestic transfers
- Experience liaising with customs brokers
- Air freight or freight forwarding experience
- Ability to manage shipment documentation and routing processes
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Maestro or similar logistics software

- Experience with imports recovery and domestic transfers
- Experience liaising with customs brokers to pre-alert imports and follow up on clearance status
- Air freight and freight forwarding experience
- Responsible for scanning, packaging, and labeling inbound shipments before tendering for final destination
- Ensure all route legs are complete with operational details and cost estimates entered in Maestro
Job Duties
- Revise all documentation provided by clients and other departments or branch offices
- Confirm shipment readiness and obtain MAWB consignment instructions
- Define the best possible route for shipment dispatch to final destination
- Condition shipments as required and update proper milestones in Maestro
- Obtain booking with the airline and consign the MAWB as instructed
- Enter the RL for international flight
- Send alerts through Maestro
- Coordinate with dispatch for drop-off to the airline per respective COT
- Use Marken-Export Daily Schedule Report to update Maestro with all departures from designated airports
