Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work Tuesday through Sunday evenings
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- experience in restaurant or food service preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- ensuring that orders for tables are correct and leave the kitchen in a timely manner
- having a constant pulse on each station within the kitchen
- ability to catch anything that may have been missed
- multitask effectively
- communicate well with kitchen and service staff
- maintain the flow of food from kitchen to guests
- support the culinary team during dinner service
