Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- able to communicate clearly with teammates and management team
- able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- able to work in a standing position for up to 10 hours
- six months experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
- strong communicator
- fun, energetic, eager and a committed team member

Job Duties
- Deliver the perfect plate in a timely manner while connecting with guests and ensuring they have everything they need
- responsible for knowing all Over Easy food brand standards including portion sizes, cooking methods, recipes, and quality standards
- prepare, stock, and maintain sufficient levels of prepped sauces and butters to ensure smooth and efficient service
- follow proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes
- handle, store, and rotate all products properly
- complete daily opening and closing checklist
