Job Requirements
- food handlers certification
- able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
- at least 16 years of age and authorized to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- fun, energetic, eager and a committed team member
- strong communication skills
- 6 months experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
- able to communicate clearly with teammates and management team
Job Duties
- delivers the perfect plate in a timely manner while connecting with guests and making sure they have everything they need
- responsible for knowing all Over Easy food brand standards including portion sizes, cooking methods, recipes, and quality standards
- prepares, stocks, and maintains sufficient levels of prepped sauces and butters to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
- handles, stores, and rotates all products properly
- completes daily opening and closing checklist
